Clarity, Skills, Support
I offer an integrated, evidence-based, trauma-informed approach grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Therapy can help you navigate difficult thoughts, emotions, and life transitions with greater clarity and flexibility. Together, we will build practical skills to help you move toward a meaningful life aligned with your values.
About
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-supported care.

I commonly work with individuals experiencing:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-supported approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected.
CBT focuses on building skills you can use in daily life, helping you manage anxiety, depression, stress, and other challenges. It’s collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to what matters most to you. Over time, CBT can help you feel more in control, confident, and able to navigate life’s difficulties with greater ease.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidence-based approach that helps you live a meaningful life, even in the presence of difficult thoughts and feelings. Rather than trying to eliminate discomfort, ACT focuses on building psychological flexibility, allowing you to more dynamically respond to challenges and take steps toward what matters most to you.
In ACT, we work together to clarify your values, practice mindfulness, and develop skills that allow you to engage in life more fully, even when things feel difficult. Over time, ACT can help you feel more connected to your goals, more resilient in the face of stress, and more aligned with the life you want to lead.

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy.
After each session I can provide a superbill, which is a detailed reeipt that includes the information your insurance company may requrie for reimbursement. You can submit this document directly to your insurance provider.
Because insurance plans vary, I recommend contacting your insurer to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, including reimbursement rates and any deductible requirements.

The fee for a standard 50-minute therapy session is $175
I believe everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care. A limited number of sliding scale sessions may be available for those with financial need. While availability is not guaranteed, I encourage you to reach out if this could help make therapy possible for you.
